Mr. Car Wash

Brought my car here and during the car wash the stem of one of my tires cracked causing an air leak. The owner Ronnie noticed it and mentioned it right away. He then called a local tire shop around the corner and took care of the repair. He told me to come back and they put the vehicle through their handwash and provided extra services for the inconvenience. It’s hard to find a business that is honest, accountable, and reasonable. Things happen which isn’t their fault but how they handled it was 5 stars and I’ll be coming back for sure.

I just left this car wash and have to say I’m really impressed. I was a little skeptical at first because of some of the lower reviews, but they did a fantastic job on my truck. I had some really stubborn berry stains that had fallen onto the paint, and they were able to get them off. I also had the truck waxed afterward, and it came out looking great. While I was waiting, I had a conversation with one of the owners. I’m forgetting his name, but I believe it starts with a D. Really nice guy. From our conversation, it sounds like he recently purchased the car wash and is working hard to improve the business and build its reputation back up from the previous ownership. You can tell he genuinely cares about the business and his customers. I hope he finds a lot of success. Thanks again for taking great care of my truck!
